This is for the Wish RAK 4th of July Card Challenge - Card for the Troops. This was the 17th and last challenge for the weekend. This challenge was to make a card for a boy that the troops could send home and to use bright, fun colors.
I just received this adorable Billy image through RAK from JustPaintingAround - and I love him! Isn't he the absolute cutest?
