I was putting together a shaped cupcake card for the MFT Guest Designer Challenge this week, and I thought that while I was making a cupcake, I could probably make something for Christmas too. Of course, plum pudding was the first thing that popped into my head -- it is just so cupcake-like in appearance.
This is by far the most liquid applique I have ever used on a project!!! I hand drew the card based on what was in my mind, but if anyone's interested, I can probably be convinced to post a template ;)
It's Christmas in July all month long over at my blog: http://www.kathy-prettyinink.blogspot.com . I'm doing exclusively Christmas projects all month. Be sure to stop by and check it out!

I actually use white puff paint then heat set it to make it puff up. And I have a GIANT bottle of that (and it's cheap!). I just call it liquid applique because everyone is familiar with that

I recently bought white puff paint and I was wondering how to make it look fluffy like this- THANKS! Very whimsical and sweet Christmas card! I would love to get a figgy pudding card like this at Christmas. Great blog too!
