I held a class on advanced marker techniques. For this card, we colored just the edges of the narrow grosgrain ribbon with a marker. I wasn't that pleased with this technique. The dye from the marker bleeds into the ribbon pretty badly.
The star in the center is 3D. We used the stylus to create score lines to fold to make a 3D effect for the star, then stacked 2 dimensionals under the star to adhere it to the card.
