Using brads only was today's challenge and it was hard to resist the urge to incorporate ribbon! I had some flocked brads from Hobby Lobby, so the color scheme came from the lavender brad. The background stamp was inked with markers. The bird's wings were paper-pieced with Almost Amethyst paper. Couldn't decide on a sentiment so left it blank. Guess it can be an all-purpose card!

I love this! As much as I've been paper piecing, I never though of piecing the wings on this hummingbird! I'm going to have to try this. Love what you did! tfs

The wings are an adorable touch! (And I know what you mean about wanting to add ribbon...I think if it exists, stamp it! Then add ribbon.) Let me add, however, that this card is perfect as is. No ribbon needed!
