This wheel is retired and I cannot remember what it is called. I rolled it over my VersaMark inkpad and used yeloow and pink pastels (aka chalks) to color it. I stippled Gable Green Classic (dye) ink on the ovale and stamped it with Green Galore Classic ink. The sentiment is from Sincere Salutations (a very versatile set of phrases).
The gorgeous bright pink organdy ribbon was purchased at my LSS (which I can get to in 12 minutes!) I really like using ribbon with the oval punches (I carefully aligned the double rectangle punch so only one slot would be punched from each end of the oval.
