 | | Maybe...future Derby star?
I love the colors in this card. I received the punched stars from Wish RAK - I love them. The silver stars are actually buttons, attached with Stampin' Dimensionals.
I believe I stamped this one in Archival Black. I know I colored with Copics. I stamped the Jessica Lynn Original pony, then masked and stamped the Rubbernecker barbed wire fence.
The grass was created wtih Sponge Daubers and Stampin' Pastels.
Two new techinques for me:
1. I outlined the images with the Copic Marker that closely resembles SU!'s Soft Sky - BG10.
2. After coloring & cutting the main image, I ran the edges of the white CS across my Archival Jet Black ink pad and then scraped the edges of the white CS onto my Black ink pad. I was attempting to give it a thin black border.
I really like the effect of both "new" (to me) techniques. |
