What a fun gallery!! I had so much fun looking through Denise's cards. It was a challenge to CASE one of her cards because I don't usually add as many embesllishments as she does or use as many prints and papers. I tend to be a more simple conservative creator. I do love her style and enjoyed the challenge of trying to CASE her. Here is the card that I chose to CASE: For Dustin by denidill at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks Beth for give my the opportunity to create outside my comfort zone--it was fun!! And I think I ended up doing pretty good--2 different ribbons and hemp--brads and a buckle--3 different printed paper patterns--and oval tag and a chip board image. Yeah for me!! I really like how it turned out-a big thank you to both Denise and Beth for getting me to try something different!!
In CASEing Denise's card--I changed the stamp set, the colors, but kept the general lay out and theme.
As I am uploading this card I realized that I did not sand or sponge the inside circles of the "G" and it is to stuck together to take and apart and finish--I guess my card is slightly incomplete!! Oh well over all I am pleased.
Thanks for looking--let me know what you think.....
