SC180 Western Celebration for Nichole

Today my DD came home with a straight A report card- yippee! Tomorrow is her last day, so I wanted to make her a card to congratulate her on her success in school. She loves horses so I chose to make a western-style card for the challenge.

The base card is Ruby Red. The large bottom layer is Western Sky DP set on Chocolate Chip. The Diamond layer is from Western Sky layered onto Taken with Teal. The main image is stamped in Chocolate Chip on Cream Natural, sponged with Close to Cocoa, layered on Ruby Red. Some red waxed thread is wrapped around the bottom of the image panel. Lastly, I punched stars in Teal, Cream Caramel, and Chocolate chip. Sentiment is stamped in Chocolate Chip.

It's so great to have these moments to celebrate. Thanks for looking and sharing my proud Mom moment.
