Hello! It's been a while since I've done a challenge and I honestly missed doing them, but with my son graduating from high school, and his prom, and all that stuff that goes along with it, my time was limited for cardmaking.
That said, I wanted to submit a card for this week's color challenge: Real Red, Regal Rose and So Saffron.
I didn't have So Saffron, and substituted something close for it. I used my new "Bountiful Branches" clear stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps and I love it. The branches, leaves and flowers were all stamped with SU Ink. I touched up the stamped areas with Prismacolor pencils. I added a little bird from SU! and Prismacolored him with mineral spirits. I stamped the background of the card with the "Bountiful Branches" with versamark. I added a paper pierced scalloped real red border. The sentiment was punched with SU oval punches and paper pierced along the edge. I embellished with MM rhinestone square brads and popped it up on pop dots. I finished it off with satin rose ribbon.
