I had such fun making this card! My mother gave me the stamp as I had always admired it. I think she was running out of room in her stamp cabinet!
I used Alcohol Inks with the lighter yellow colours in the middle and radiating out with the oranges, reds, burgundy, and black. I stamped the sun on the reverse side of the acetate and stamped the itty bitty background around the outer edges using Jet Black StazOn. Next, I stamped the swirls, embossed them (careful donÂ’t over heat and melt the acetate!), and added a few dots of sticklers. It was layered on gold paper and a circle of yellow CS was added just behind the sun face for extra highlight. It somehow needed another little touch and so the gold cord was added.

2/10/10 Simply stunning image! I found this through your post on coloring acetate. What a wow card. I may never make one, but I'll "favorite" yours so I can admire it over and over. ;-)
