I am now into bleach because of JAVAJUDI. She posted beautiful cards a few weeks ago and I had to try this technique out!!!!! Stamp your image in bleach and then stamp over it with versamark and clear embossing powder.

Thank-you everyone for the wonderful comments. I found the actual instructions from the card that JavaJudi did. Here is her instructions........I spritzed a cleanup pad with bleach and used it as a stamp pad. (I did the same thing) Stamped the fruit first with the bleach onto the cardstock and watched the color disappear. Then using versamark, stamped the fruit again out of register. Heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Spritzed with bleach. Hope this helps!!!!!!
I think my oranges on this card are not bleached out as well because I am like the mouse in the book if you give a mouse a cookie. I stamped my other cards then the phone rang, I ran and answered the phone. While I was in the kitchen I remembered I had some robin eggs stashed in the cupboard. Ate some of those and drank a big glass of water. After drinking the water I had to go to the bathroom. Stopped to put away a few things downstairs. Went back upstairs and remembered that I was stamping a card. I think my bleach pad was drying out and instead of putting more bleach on it I used it partially dry. This would be the reason why the oranges did not bleach out totally white. ;)

These are the most refreshing cards I've seen on this site for awhile. Love the idea and the card samples! I think the stamps you chose were great with this technique. Love the layout, colors, everything! Well done!!
