I took this "crazy" photo and smeared Ranger Distress ink all over it, as well as the edges of all the papers and the cuttlebug layer. Used MM distressing tool on the edges also.
Faux stitching with a brown Marvy marker leaves a little to be desired--but then again, that's how my actual sewing looks LOL
I sent it to a local priest (not at my church but one I visit sometimes) because he was telling me how few priests there are and how much people expect from them. For ex, he already says 4 Masses on Sunday (and 1 on Saturday) and they are crowded, and someone said "we don't need a new building, just add another Mass" HELLO?! OK, don't mean to vent that's totally OT but I wanted to explain why I thought this card was appropriate : )
Inside I put a TAC stamp saying "Simply put, you make the world a better place"
TFL!

Oh my, this is so cute and perfect. I love your story and it is so true. I think all pastors/priests have a real challenge on their hands. They see the handiwork of God in so many places, but they also see all the horrors of the world in people they meet each day. I love the distressing on the card. Lovely!
