This is for a challenge I do with some double dare challenge friends. Julia (artystamper) challenged us to make a spring tree card but we couldn't use green or brown anywhere on the card.
I colored my trees with Copic markers using Cool Gray 1 for the tree trunks and limbs, Cool Gray 5 for the birdhouse, Process Blue for the leaves and grass, Pure Pink for the flower petals, and Cool Shadow for the leaves on the flowers. I then put a dab of turquoise stickles on some of the tree leaves.
The three-panel layout is for Notimetostamp's stamp simply challenge. I stamped the flourish below those in versamark, paper pierced the flourish, ran a glitter pen over that, and added two turquoise crystal gems.
TFL!

Beautifully done for your challenge, Charlene. This would be hard to do with no green, You nailed it. I love the look of the pierced swirl. I am going to copy that idea. TFS

You mean you didn't whip out your Suzie Homemaker sewing machine to do your flourish...jeezzz...
This is so cute, at first I thought they were little handbags due to the bright colors...I really like your ribbon treatment and the color combos! Great job Charlene!
