Ok, I'll try again to get this photo up....guess it didn't come out the first time.
This is a variation of my May stamp club projects, obviously this one with a Father's Day option! Obviously, this is easier to do with the ScorPal (which I LOVE!) but I showed my club hostesses how to do the scoring in a square pattern (instead of diagonal) using the Fiskars personal paper cutter. One thing I recently realized is that you can remove the black scoring blade and use a bone folder or stylus to score with this cutter to eliminate the tendency to press too hard and cut the paper instead of just scoring it.
I left the background white to begin with and stamped on it with the sailboat in Brilliant Blue then added the clouds in Bashful Blue and waves in Ballet Blue then finally sponged some more color around on the background. Sort of hard to see the grid marks on this sample, but they are there!

It is a shame the picture isn't available. It sounds like it must be a really beautiful card. I wish I was able to view it. I'll favorite it in case it will come up later on. Elaine
