Here's a quick tutorial on how I created the dimensional flowers. Step One: I stamped the flower image from Embrace Life three times for each flower using Black stazon ink onto cardstock (here I used Bashful blue). I sponged So Saffron Ink into the center of each flower image and then sponged colored ink onto the edges, gradually adding darker color (here I used Bashful Blue, Bordering Blue and Night of Navy). A light touch is better with this -- the darkest color should be concentrated most on the ends of the petals. Step Two: Cut out one flower in its entirety - this will be the base for your dimensional flower. On the other two flowers, just cut out two petals (different ones on each) that are across from each other. Step Three: Assemble the cut petals on the base flower, using mini glue dots. Embellish with Dazzling Diamonds on the stamins and a half back pearl from the Pretties kit. Attach to card or scrapbook page using dimensionals. "fluff" the petals of the flower to make them stand out more. I hope you enjoy making these -- I think they turned out beautifully! TFL - Gretchen
