Whipped this up quick today finally using my new Stitched background that I've had all week and hadn't had time to play with! This is for today's LSC165 and also for our first ever color challenge on Great Swaps Girls blog (http://greatswapsgirls.blogspot.com/). It was posted Monday but not enough time this week...
For the LSC we were to make a square card using only scraps (not a problem since I've been frantically designing for a few stamp camps all week- there are scraps everywhere!), only scraps of ribbon, one other embellishment only and any colors and stamps and tools we wanted. I think that covers it.
I also save tons of ribbon scraps so I knew that would not be a problem (although I was hoping to use my wide regal rose and couldn't). The large brad is from the new Hodgepodge Hardware Styled silver collection in the current Occasions mini catalog. The "i" in birthday was colored with my metallic art pencils (hey, they're making a come back, what can I say?!) Piercing around the edge was the final touch. TFL!!
