This is a card I completed for a Whipper Snapper swap here on SCS.
The main image was stamped with Marvy Dye ink onto Georgia Pacific cardstock. I colored the image with Copic Markers and Prismacolor Pencils.

...I used Ultra Think Embossing Enamel (UTEE) to make the raindrops on the umbrella and at her feet by applying glue stick to the image and putting UTEE on the image and heat embossing. Pretty cool. I love the effect.
Various patterned papers uses, as well as Karen Foster SnapStamps for the sentiment.
