We got our choice of decorated cow to play from and I chose one that was covered with flowers Click Here.
This was really fun looking through the cow photos to find the right one to get inspired by. Thanks for the challenge Anne!
-The image is colored with Prismacolor pencil and mineral spirits.
-I did ink distressing on all layers.
-The flower is a stack of three and the flower brad center was pale yellow and I wanted black so I used a Sharpie marker over the top and sides.
-The McGill ribbon punch was used on an angle (its two slots in one punch) then the ribbons tied through it.
-The cow has solid spots on it so to avoid stamping those on the paper I used a black marker to fill in the image up to the spots point and then drew that in freehand.
-Some of the flowers are drawn in also.
