I used the cardboad that comes in the DS paper and vellum to make this cover, just trimming it to fit little notepads, and scoring to make the cover. It just has two scores where the adhesive holds the pad together. Then used mono to attach DS paper. Inside is Tempting Turquoise CS, also scored at the adhesive end of the pad.
