Somehow though, I am not quite happy with mine. I think I am having a stampers funk!! Oh dear and it's coming out in my dreary looking card!! I usually use a lot of colours - but what happened here???
Oh well -
used crystal effects on the teapot and and the cup. coloured the teapot and teacup with garnet twinkling H20's - the rest gamsol magic
The bit of bling that I added to the corners cheered me up a little. Actually - my dad passed away of cancer April 11 last year. I'm afraid my bit of a funk has transferred over to my card!!
Maybe if I make a colourful card like I usually do - my funk will disappear... I'll try!
Thanks for looking!

Oh, it's beautiful Deb. Love your image and it is beautifully stamped. Love the warm, bright contrast. It all works well together. Makes me feel like I can actually smell the cocoa beans.

Aaawww Deb, sorry about the funk and the reasoning behind it! Hope today is brighter for you!!! Personally, I think this card is PERFECT! Of course I LOVE this little guy/gal with the teapot (I do have a teapot collection you know and I MUST get this stamp) but your coloring is wonderful and I really like the colors you chose!!!! The polka dots are so whimsical and the CE on the teapot makes it look fantastic! Beautiful job Deb . . . now let's get OUT of that funk and do something fun! (there . . . did that help,LOL???)

I'm so sorry to hear about your funk. I hate it when that happens, too. That being said, however, I think this card is just darling! I love the colors together, the ribbon is perfect and the crystal effects are a great accent on the tea pot!! Very, very cute!!

yes, your bear does look a little pensive and sad and I certainly understand your funk as you arre missing your dear Dad. That being said i think yourcard is wonderful, it conveys a somber mood, and I often have to remind myself there are times when the colors are less bright. thanks for your beautiful story and wonderful c ard Deborah.

Deborah- this is so sweet! I love his little tea pot and cup! I am so sorry you are missing your dad, but know you are thankful for all the love he gave to you. I know he was blessed for how you cared for him in the days he needed you most. Hope you are blessed with wonderful memories of you sweet dad. LYMI
