For this one, I stamped the flourish with versamark and went over it with a blue pearl ex. I can't really capture the sparkle in the photo, so you have to use your imagination. lol The front panel was embossed with my cuttlebug and then I went over it with the versamark pad and pearl ex. I also lined the edges with two way glue and pearl ex. All of it is mounted on black. I layered the organdy ribbon and it was heated just a bit.

This is very elegant, very beautiful.....is that what makes the ribbon so beautiful...heating it? Yikes...I might catch my polka dots on fire! Should I try it or not.....better not. Maybe you can come visit me and heat my ribbon......
