Wow, that took forever and I am still not happy with it...sigh...I'll have to stamp something without glorious green tomorrow to feel better!
Green leaves are stamped on whisper white and the real red flower is on vellum cardstock and lined up over it to soften the green. I kept trying to add some photo corners or brads, and it was not coming together and it is WAY past my bedtime, so this will just have to do!
Thanks for another challenging color combo card, of course, IMHO ANYthing with glorious green is a challenge! Funny, because when I first started stamping I had bold brights and I used real red and glorious green for my 1st Christmas card. Emily and her DH made it look good, I am not so convinced.

love the layout and yes this was a very difficult color combo to work with today. Sorry you had such a hard time with this but you are not in that boat alone. Hope that helps.

This is very cute...I know how it is though, to spend umpteen minutes or hours on a card, and still not be happy with it. But, just remember, beauty IS in the eye of the beholder! And, I think it is cute.

I think it came out beautifully Mel. The ribbon tied in the button is just sweet! Great job.
