My elegance staples: taffeta ribbon, vellum (the sentiment block), dry embossing, embossing with Gold Pearls powder (my fave), scallops, pearls, soft colours and rhinestone brads.
Somehow, maybe because of the colours, this looks more country than elegant, but oh well... I do like those soft colours together, though. I hadn't used Bordering Blue in quite a while, and it's one of my favorite colours.
