This is a card requested by Kelli's mother, with whom I work. I hope her daughter likes it!
The tulips are from Angi B & Company but they are going out of business soon. I bought one of their grab bags, got really really lucky, and got this image of the tulips!
The bird is from Flourishes LLC's Open To Love set.
