I made this card while working on a layout for a House Mouse technique swap. I'm not sure what the name of this technique is but maybe one of you can help me? Right now I call it the Glitter and Lace technique! I used a tacky sheet with tacky glue on both sides. Remove the protecting cover from one side lay a piece of lace with designs (flowers) on this side of the tacky sheet. Pat down to make sure it is attached all over the tacky sheet. Pour Ultra fine glitter over the lace and rub the glitter around so that it adherers to the exposed tacky sections. Tap excess glitter off. Remove the lace. Then apply second color of glitter the same way you did the first. Rub in and then tap off excess glitter. Now you are ready to make your card. I removed the back protector sheet and attached to a white piece of card stock. I received the Swiss dotted card stock from these ladies: scraperwannabe, mommaPatti and stamping in Kansas. I received the Dew Drop Gems from LMcAree , mountainmom. I want to thank these ladies for granting my wishes to make this card possible!! TFL
