This card uses a 5x5 base. For the scallops, I used the blackout feature on the number five on the Celebrations cartridge for my Cricut. I cut out two of the above and overlapped them, then covered them with a 5x5 piece of cardstock.

I really like how you put the boat on an angle. It gives the wonderful illusion of movement -- which of course and boat does .... very nice.
