My page for the "Jefferson's" challenge for March VSBN. This is the first time I've participated, and although it's the only one I got done and it took 12 hours with all the interruptions, I had a blast. Love this sketch, and enjoyed putting all the elements together! TFL! ETA: hee hee, guess I should mention that this is actually my daughter. The color scheme kind of evolved but the facing page of this is unrelated and all purples so I went with the coordinating brocade blue (to match her eyes), but just had to pull that yellow from her shirt, then got Night of Navy as a dynamic duo for Brocade blue and so it went... a slightly boyish looking page for my daughter's album. A nice contrast though to all the girly stuff!

...and she is adorable! I feel your pain with the interruptions, but for VSBN you can't think of this as a 12 hour layout, you get to subtract all those hours you were MIA to deal with life! I had the same crazy stuff going on at my house too! ;)
I really like the stamped border, the way you did the '2' and the way you played off her t-shirt to coordinate the page - GREAT JOB!
