This is the right side of my two-page layout from my evening out trick-or-treating with my son and his family. I love Halloween with my granddaughters!
This page qualifies for several challenges.
1: SBVC16-This weekÂ’s variety challenge: scrap our *color* (and include the opposite color on our page) using this little quiz, What Color Crayon Are You?: http://www.blogthings.com/whatcolorcrayonareyouquiz/.
My color was purple, with yellow as the opposite. I figured this was the time to scrap my Halloween pics from this past year.
2: SBVC15-use a household item to stamp with - the top left picture is matted with purple CS stamped with corrugated cardboard to which I applied gold paint and touched up with orange marker.
3: Also used transparencies, another recent challenge.
Journaling:
-(Left, row 2) There were actually three witches in the family this year.
-(Bottom right) Jaycie was mesmerized by the yards with lights and decorations. The folks around the corner from the Tuckey house had a yard filled with over 20 hugh blow-ups. Dad and Mady went on ahead, while Mom and Grandma stayed back to let Jaycie have some more time checking out all the cool stuff!
-(Bottom center) Jaycie didn't think a witch's hat was very much fun and had it off her head about 2 1/2 seconds after this photo was taken.
-(bottom left) Even fairy witches wear out eventually...
Thanks for looking!
