This is for my weekly sister challenge, no. 38. We were to use Beate's sketch no. 8 and the colors R. Rock. P.Plum and A.Amethyst. I watercolored the scene. Not too happy with it, but some little girl will like it. The background polka-dot stamp was glittered up by using Sakura metallic purple pen; gives it some real shimmer. Inside the sentiment reads "It's your Birthday!".
Easy card. Nothing else to add! TFL!
Post Script: just not in 'the zone' when I made this card, some I love right away, others...eh.......thanks for your encouraging words!

Your coloring on those darling girls is wonderful. Good paper really makes a difference. I love your little ground area. Try the reinkers as they will give your more vibrancy than you get with just the ink from the pad. Keep me posted. I'm so glad you are enjoying watercoloring.
