This is for LSC156, to use your own handwriting somewhere on your card.
When I first read the challenge, I immediately thought of this stamp by Penny Black and thought it would be neat to do some paper piecing with some real notebook paper. And then, somewhere along the process of making this card, I started thinking of my favorite band, Chicago, and the song Hard to Say I'm Sorry, came to my mind. It was then that I realized how cool it would be to use some crumbled up paper to help tell the story of the song. I didn't intend for this to turn out to be some kind of apology card, but it just did.
The image was stamped with Marvy Dye black ink on Sterling Matte Coated paper and on regular lined notebook paper. The mouse was colored with Copic Markers. Lots of detailed cutting to build the image.
Karen Foster Snap stamps were used for the first part of the sentiment, my handwriting for I'm sorry on the notebook paper.
Thanks for looking, and thanks for a fun challenge.

Fantastic card! Love your colouring, the crumpled up paper and the paper piecing is perfect. I'll have to dig up this stamp now, LOL. Penny Black is my favourite.

WOW . . . this is Fantastic!!!! It took time and effort but it certainly was worth it!!! So clever of you to stamp it on the notebook paper then have to do all the cutting but it is absolutely wonderful!!! Love your story and before I forget, your handwriting is exquisite!!! GREAT Job!
