I made this card following the March 2008 Paper Crafts magazine's Joy of Card Making Recipe #1 layout.
My card base is Always Artichoke. I notched the corners of the Automne dp with my 1/2" circle punch, layered it on Old Olive cs, wrapped some Old Olive grosgrain ribbon around it and adhered it to the card base.
I stamped the verse onto Lenient dp with Old Olive Ink, layered it onto Always Artichoke cs and adhered it to the card. Finally, I smashed the chipboard swirl onto my Old Olive Craft pad, covered it with Irisdescent Ice Embossing Powder, heat set it and glued it to the card.
I think I'm going to give this to an attorney/co-worker of mine who's making a major career change the end of the month. I hope he'll like it.

By the way, here's what the verse says:
"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart" - Helen Keller
