I was inspired to use my scalloped punch by an earlier submission.
Three little orange fishies swim by the portholes located on the stairs of the boat.
Their bubbles can be seen way in the top corner as they sing Happy Birthday to the lucky receiptiant....
Swirls are cuttlebugged onto Not Quite Navy, and Pumpkin scalloped edges are the window frames.

Glub,glub, glub which in fish means AWESOME. This is just so cute, I really like the colors you chose, great CB embossing and I adore those little fishies.
