My friend Danielle is adopting a baby girl from Taiwan in a few weeks. This is after 7 years of infertility treatments! I wanted to make this very special for her. The orphanage has sent her many photos so I asked her for her favorite one and printed them out in index card size from my computer. I used the circle punch to punch those out. The printed paper used to make the pockets is Me and My Big Ideas 12x12 printed cardstock I got from JoAnn's. They had a sale for 6 for $1. It looked like it was embossed and was specialty paper but was so cheap!! The 'Baby' Paper is DCWV 12x12 paper that I cut into appropriate sized rectangles and then glued onto the folded portion of the card to give some more body/heft to the feeling of the card.I stamped the hearts on the back of the pocket for a little contrast with the insert. I have created an invite insert on my computer that fits perfectly into the pocket card. If you'd like a copy, send me a PE.
