Layout comes from a Julee T sketch (poeticartistry.blogspot.com). For the colored polka dots at the bottom, I stamped the Polka Dot bg in one color, then used a Stamp-a-ma-jig to offset the second color. (Didn't line up perfectly for me, but it's close)
