Thanks, Sally and Peggy, for the great challenges! They were a lot of fun and challenging (hence the name, huh?!? ). I used a diagonal paper folding technique that I saw on DIY Scrapbooking to fold a 8-1/2" square piece of paper 3 times and then cut out with my Sizzix canoe, making sure the blade showed on 2 sides so they would stay connected. I then taped 2 canoes together (there were orginally 8 - and who cares if my son was in a kayak, not a canoe!) to fit as a frame for my picture. That became my mask as well as my ruined Color Coach (coffee spill!) for the large round circle. I brayered the blue first, removed the circle, brayered Garden Green, then removed the canoe mask and brayered Certainly Celery. Here's the link to the DIY program if anyone is interested; it was very easy: http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/sc_mat...274437,00
