SC163 Blue Balloon

 For the SC163 submission, I used a Hambo stamp of a hot air balloon along with a cute sentiment from a Michaels $1 stamp set. With a little ribbon/fiber sentiment to boot! This was a challenge, and I opted for the rectangular guidelines over the square. TFL!
