Hi! This card was made for today's Technique Lovers Challenge: Ink, Spray and Smash!
Here's a link to the technique challenge: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
For my background, I used Glorious Green, Tempting Turquoise and Green Galore re-inkers.
The focal image was stamped in Basic Black and colored it in with Stampin' Up! markers. (I stamped an extra wing and cut it out and popped it up with a dimensional.)
The circles were created with the Nestibilities. (Thank you NANCYRUTH for enabling me! LOL!)
I made the dots with Signo Pen and markers.
The ribbon came from the Offray Ribbon Outlet in Hagerstown, MD. I still have BAGS of ribbon left, so get used to seeing it! LOL! (Thanks Deb, 88Keys!)

I love your background and can't wait to try this. Your card is a perfect greeting for spring (although that isn't in my near future. My kiddos will be getting on the bus this morning at 3 below!). Ah, one can dream.
