For my daughter's 2nd birthday I made cupcakes with blue frosting and made them look like waves. I used Sizzix's Fruit Smoothie font for the letters with the shadow and stuck them to tooth picks. I used the small fish die for the fish die cuts. I also used them to decorate the ceiling by putting up hundreds of green, white, blue ribbon streamers to look like seaweed and then randomly placed fish on the streamers. We turned the ceiling fans on and they swayed like the ocean. My husband was an angel to help put the streamers up.

These are very cute. Much rather have them homemade then having those plastic thingys from the store. Great job!

I had uploaded another picture showing the whole display, but it was deleted by a moderator. I had all the cupcakes on a 4 tiered rack. It was a nice display.
layer 1 - had plain cupcakes with 2 candles on top
layer 2 - I used picks to spell out "HAPPY"
layer 3 - "BIRTHDAY"
layer 4 - shown "MIKALA"
