FINALLY, a card using Wanted that I actually LIKE! When I saw the sketch challenge, Happy Everything was the first thing that popped into my head. I love that set but for some reason the other ones they've done that are like it just don't do a thing for me. Maybe because they did it so well the first time, why try to mess with perfection? But I digress. So anyway, I thought I'd also give Wanted a shot since I'd had some trouble making anything with it that I liked. I looked for an old color challenge I hadn't done yet and came up with CC123, and voila! Finished birthday card. I need FIVE birthday cards this month for friends and family, and four of them for guys--ugh, guy cards are so much harder. Anyway, this will be my FIL's birthday card...he lives in Texas and he likes to read Louis L'Amour novels so the Western theme just kinda goes, KWIM? And I used Bordering Blue which doesn't happen very often so I'm happy about that.

Ya done good, Girl! I'm a Texan, I love Louis Lamour (one time my son bid and bought for $3.00 on EBay a talking book set of Lamour novels by Willie Nelson -- can't get much closer to heaven than that). Your FIL will love his card. Hope you're enjoying your new home.
