*Neutral CS one cut to 9â€? x 2 ¼â€? (this will be referred to as pull strip)
* Same neutral CS cut 2â€? x ¼â€? You’ll need 4 of these pieces cut
*CS to matte behind neutral pieces 2 ½ x 2 ¼ you will need 4 of these pieces cut
*Card base 5 ½ x 4 ¼
*Layer for top of base piece 5 ¼ x 4
*Strip same color as layer 4 x ¾
*Two brads or eyelets
*Ribbon or cord
*Punch big enough to allow your ribbon or cord to pass through
*Mono adhesive
*Stamps
*Ink
Step One:
After all pieces are cut, stamp the layer piece and the base piece. If you wish to have them stamped.
Step Two:
Attach layer piece to card base
Step Three:
Place strip 2 inches from the bottom of the card and attach through all layers with eyelets or brads. (DO NOT USE ADHESIVE)
Step Four:
Score your long pull strip at 1 ½, 2 ¼, 3, & 3 ¾. Now fold along all of the score lines, with the pull strip vertically. You will have a long portion that has no fold lines at the bottom, and the top will have 4 folds/score lines.
Step Five:
Insert the long portion under the Horizontal strip and fold the top part over. Adhere only the first section to the strip.
Step Six:
Stamp images on your four pieces of neutral cs & layer these onto the mattes.
Step Seven:
Now assemble your four stamped images to the pull strip. Put adhesive on the bottom section of the pull strip & adhere your stamped images just below the fold/score lines.
Step Eight:
Put adhesive on the third section and adhere your stamped image just below the fold line, and repeat for the last two images.
Step Nine:
Using the punch, punch the bottom of your pull strip and insert ribbon or cord.
Step Ten:
Watch the magic. Pull your strip and watch the waterfall go!!
Step Eleven:
With the pull strip all the way down, stamp a secret message. It will not be seen when the card is in the closed position.
