This is for Beate's WSC33! What great challenge...I got to ink my ladies for the first time...when I saw the trio panel, I knew they would be the stars of this card!
Please try not to giggle while I list the names used in the creation of this piece...honest this is what it is!!! My base is Doublemate, creamy cocoa. My split papers are Mariah Johnson's Coffee Phrases and Basic Grey's Rum Raisin. I used a Versamark pen to wet the GOOD COFFEE and emboss in clear. My cool beans on the right side are stamped in an olive unknown cs in Brilliance coffee bean/ep'ed in clear. The windows (Art Impressions) sit on a MME Tres Jolie turquoise paper. My lovely ladies are stamped on Basic Grey Blush Milk Chocolate with Archival Ink in black(as in I'll have mine!)and embossed. My sentiment is stamped on white gp and no it's not your eye's~~~it's the coffee jitters~~~once in Adirondack latte and overstamped in espresso! I added a java twill at the bottom and a felt ric-rac down the middle. So thanks for hanging here with me and do let me know what you think...I'll be back, gonna go make an Americano...

Oh, I just love the way your ladies are peeking out of their frames!!!! The names of your materials are so much fun!!! I often wondered if I stuck to colours like certainly celery, always artichoke, elegant eggplant and barely banana and maybe pale plum - if I would lose weight?? In this case, I have the a craving for chocolate and the CCccoOooffFFeeE jitters!! Brilliant creation!!! Love it!!

Ha! Good one!! I love the sentiment, that's hilarious! I also really really like the overall retro look and feel of this. It's so suitable to your ladies. Great work!

what do I think?? I think your card is so funny and fantastic and thank goodness it is not decaffeinated! I love those ladies, they remind me of who I was supposed to be when I grew up(Donna Reed) untill I was told to burn my bra and get liberated. And your colors are evry retro too, I think we had a refidgerator that blue color! Good work Susan!
