First I did the crinkling chalks technique onto white cs. Then I stamped with archival ink onto the cs. I colored in some areas with Twinkling H2O's.
I cut and punched the corners of metallic ice blue cs with SU's wrought iron punch. Inserted the image stamp panel and attached to lavender Bazzill cs. Blue and purple fibers added to side.
I stamped DREAM and BELIEVE in Encore silver.

All I can say is Holy Balcer!! The highlighting and coloring is beyond anything I have seen - I thought this was a PRINT that you had mounted! TOTALLY AWESOME!!
