This was a new bright white microwave stand I purchased from a local retailer - to store linens in! I antiqued it with crafters antiquing medium, crafters acrylic paints, an old toothbrush for spattering and a sea sponge. I used acrylic paints on pieces of dampened felt as my ink pads for the rubber stamps. The tendrils were handpainted with a liner paintbrush. I coated it with a waterbased acrylic sealer made for furniture when finished. It was time intensive, though a fairly easy project, one that I believe anyone could do =)
