I'm not too much a fan of folding because of my CT...but when this challenge was brought up, who was I to resist!? I use to do teabag folding when I first started making cards so I knew this fold immediately.
Upon making this card, I thought of a dear friend who's birthday isn't quite near...but I could save it! She has a ''rockabilly/pin-up'' look and always wears red flowers in her raven hair...so I made this with her in mind!
This is a 4 1/2 square card and used 9 scalloped circles.

I've enjoyed viewing all of the creations with the Dahlia fold, but your *add* of the scallop punch is just gorgeous. Gives it an extra punch (hee hee, there's a pun in there somewhere).
