For this page, I got in 2 Diva challenges—Cari’s challenge to stamp with paint (my pink flourishes)(SBDD11) and Iris’s challenge (SBDD11) to create deco edges from patterned paper and cutting out background (I cut around a photo of the two girls and the slide.) I guess I got in Peggy’s Nov. 16 Variety Challenge too (SBVC02) with my fussy cutting of the borders!
MY DIL takes almost as many photos as I do and every 6 months or so, I ask her to load up her new ones on a CD for me so I donÂ’t miss anything! This was from a trip to the park with my DGDs' *other* grandma (DILÂ’s mom) and my older DGDÂ’s friend. ThereÂ’s a great park nearby and these were taken in December of 2006. For us Arizona folks, the weatherÂ’s still great for a visit to the park at that time of year!
This was a blast, but after cutting out the borders, I can appreciate Iris’s scrapbooking style even more!! We are being exposed to so many new and wonderful techniques—I’m loving this! I just wish I wasn’t such a slow scrapper—I’m dying to make more pages, but I do have some other things I need to get done this weekend! (Maybe I’ll try to sneak in one more before I go back to work on Monday!)

You are so talented at scrapbooking!! I'll be the first to admit that I've never tried it ( maybe some day when my boys ( 17 and 23 ) allow me to become a grandma! ( no BIG rush! ) . I love all of the cute photo's - especially the one where you've cut out the two girls! Great job Wendy!

May I ask you a computer question? I have limited technical abilities. How did you get two 12 inch pages to show on one page? For example, your "in the park lay-out"there are the pages separately, but there they are side by side. I don't even know how to get one 12 inch page copied!
Many thanks,
Pat
