I wanted to make little tokens for a few friends and my nieces for Valentine’s Day, so I made some pixie pouches like I’d seen in one of the VSN challenges in November of 2006 (http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/ga...NL&limit=). The instructions called for 7” wide cardstock, but I cut mine 8” wide to accommodate the width of the cocoa packet (I also trimmed the sides of the packet and rounded the top edges.) I used liquid appliqué on the marshmallows (looks more like foam, but oh well!) I put brads at the top edges of the flap to reinforce it since the cocoa packet is kind of bulky, and, as I learned from a previous pouch I made, even the sticky strip has a little trouble holding the edges closed.
I ran the white cardstock thru my Cuttlebug, then inked it with Regal Rose and Cocoa. I tool-distressed the tag edges and tied it to the cup handle with embroidery floss.
