JANVSN08 Tip the hat to the new year!

Here is my card for the VSN challenge to use a hat on your card.

I just to have happened to purchase this New Years hat a while ago - I bought it because I knew I wouldn't see it if and when I needed it (that's a good reason to buy a stamp- right!!??)

I used paper glaze on the glasses to look like liquid.

I used a Cornish Heritage bg stamp - love those.
