The card base is Basic Black CS w/purple rhinestone brads in the corners. Bottom layer is Almost Amethyst CS stamped w/same ink, corners punched w/Ticket Corner punch. The main panel is BB CS, AA CS w/corners punched again, BB circles w/paper piercing around, Whisper White circles with AA flowers stamped & Star Dust Stickles added to the centers. The sentiment panel was stamped w/AA ink on WW CS. Matted on AA CS & BB CS, cut out w/scalloped scissors, pierced in scallops & added to the base of the card on Dimensionals. AA velvet ribbon underneath from Michael's wooden spools.
