Caught in Crystal technique-
I used Elmers gel glue, tissue paper, refill inks and dazzling diamonds glitter. Use the q-tips to spread color where you want it.

WOW! Love this. I've never heard of using Elmer's glue for this ... I always use CE... now I know what to use when I'm out of CE!!!
