This card is another in my series of Rocky cards. This is my story:
1. These are Rocky's kids, Yikes and Prissy.
2. Rocky has been telling the kids about the sport of catching the neighborhood birds. Their first experience with birds was peaking over the fence at this little birdhouse community.
3. I know, I know, the birdhouses are very small. I am not sure hummingbirds live in birdhouses but for the purposes of my card today, they do and and this is a little hummingbird community.
4. These two think their Dad is up to telling tall tales again, no way can they catch one of these lightening fast birdies!

What a wonderful story. I hope you are sticking to it! Good grief girl, how long did it take you to make those hummingbird homes? This garden with all the flowers is oh so wonderful. Thanks for taking the time to make it and share it...Sharen

Cindy!! This is so darling!! Love your story - and those hummingbird houses are darling!! I tell you, all of you cat lovers - Shelly, you, Neva - you are quite a bunch!!! I am a dog person myself, but I can really appreciate this card anyway!! When I lived at home we had a cat ( and dogs and 5 kids!) - -and she would bring prizes to my mom's side of my parents bed in the early am - a dead bird or mouse. Nice( not ) - but after all - it was a gift!!

I love this card... all those houses. So I guess this is a give in person card, not a mail to them card...
Robert Sabuda is an author/illustrator of fantastic pop-up books, this looks like a page in one of his books... except that his would open when you opened the card... i love his books and this made me think of him.

This is so creative (as usual) and so cute Cindy. Yikes and Prissy are just adorable. I can't ever figure out what to do with those teeny cats... Rocky is teaching his youngsters well. Just so he sticks to teaching them about birds and tells them not to mess with pink poodles!
